  20. I just got caught up from where I left off after my last visit.

Reading about Wilf reminds me of my dad's ancient beagle. We think she's at least 15 and maybe even older. She's been going downhill fast and it's hard to watch sometimes. She isn't nearly as active as Wilf.

I can't believe how much American news you get over there in France! I had no idea Bristol Palin had a new boyfriend. But then again, I don't really keep up on her. And then there's Charlie Sheen! I don't think there's any escaping him no matter where you live! lol

Sorry about the wind and the resulting tree limb breaking off and causing more damage. If it isn't one thing, it's another!

  22. It's uplifting to know that when Wilf ponders, he's pondering about important stuff: the zen of flowing water rippling over stones, the scents on the breeze, the vicarious pleasure of having a new friend race circles around him. He's not fasched [sp?] about natural disasters in Asia, man-made disasters in the Middle East, or inexplicable disasters like Charlie Sheen. How can we not envy that clarity of purpose?
