I don't think I've noticed Wilf's collar before. I just always assumed that he ran around naked all the time (as we've been told they are want to do in France!)
Vita (our Airedale) is getting extra hugs these days and I ask her to send them on to Wilf. So much to live for - all those extra treats for a start. :) Sue
This is so very true! I know Wilf is certainly fighting his own battle, and mine with poison ivy right now seems so trivial compared to his and others--Thanks for the reminder!
What a wonderful thought to ponder! We often never realize how good we have it until we witness the troubles others have. We can tell you are a very kind soul, Wilf.
Ah, it's been warm and humid here in South Carolina (back to NYC later today) and I have no doubt that Petey would love to join you on those cool tiles, Wilf. Keep fighting your good fight.
very wise words ... you never really know what's going on just underneath anyone's public surface. Thinking of you Wilf & sending good vibes, peace & love from all of us. xo S, Miss D avec les Chats
Wilf, thank you for reminding me of this saying and of how fragile we all are. In the course of my daily grind I have to deal with a lot of daft people and today, for once, I remembered your saying, thought of you, and was kind to them all. The day was a whole lot better for everyone. I will always remember you for this.
Wilf. This is so true! We never think the next one is fighting a harder one than ourselves! Thanks for the reminders!!!
ReplyDeleteHugs & smoochies!! XOXO
